Purchases All purchases are subject to UK Law and no contract will exist between you and us until we have confirmed in writing (by e-mail, letter or invoice) that we have accepted your order and are processing it. Consequently, we shall not be bound by any conditions inconsistent with these Conditions of Sale which may be contained in any order sent to us. Goods are not sold to business users on a trial basis or on approval and therefore are not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase and therefore if you are unsure as to the suitability of a product, please ask before purchasing it.  
Valeting/Steam Cleaning All work/services on the booked vehicle is undertaken at the owners own risk. We cannot be held liable for any faults found after valeting or steam cleaning. Working or non working vehicle components cannot be checked and confirmed before the work commences.

Valeting on rare instances can cause condensation inside a vehicle/engine bay which we have no control over and there fore can not be held liable for any problems caused. Fog Odour can not be guaranteed due to many contributing factors. Booked and paid valet work is taken as the owner (or acting on behalf of the owner) as acceptance of these terms and conditions before & after work is carried out. Engine Steam Cleaning is carried out at owners own risk. (we do our utmost to take care where possible to eliminate any problems occurring)

All/any plastic engine/chassis covers are to be removed by owner before steam cleaning.   
Chemicals Sold Are used at owners own risk (test area first)

Delivery We will endeavor to dispatch your order within the promised timescale and by your preferred delivery method but our maximum liability for any delays will not exceed the cost of the delivery method paid for. If an item is out of stock, we will advise a due delivery date and you will be at liberty to await delivery or request a full refund. We also reserve the right to split your order and make separate deliveries in the event that part of an order is temporarily out of stock or your chosen delivery method does not allow for different product categories to be packed together. If this is necessary, we will not charge you any additional carriage fees.
We will do our utmost to affect prompt delivery but we will not be liable for delays caused by our delivery contractors. Upon delivery, please ensure you thoroughly check consignments for shortages or damages before signing receipt. Our delivery contractors will not accept responsibility for damages if you have not indicated any damage on the delivery note. All notifications for Non-Delivery must be reported to us in writing within 3 days of dispatch. Shortages or Damage must be reported to us verbally within 24 hours AND in writing within 3 days. 
Warranty All  tool items are guaranteed for 1 year direct from manufacture.
Over Due Accounts Strict 30 days is the agreed terms of invoiced work carried out from date of invoice. Over due will incure an admin recovery fee of 50 plus 50 for every 7days over 30 days from date of work carried out. 

Returns For any item incorrectly supplied, we may at our discretion accept unwanted or unsuitable stock items provided they are; returned within 7 days of delivery with our prior written authorisation, they are returned at your own expense and risk until received by us, they have been unopened, they are in their original and undamaged packaging, they have not been used whatsoever, they still remain in a saleable condition and the original purchase invoice (not a copy) accompanies the item. A refund will then be made within 28 days subject to a 15% restocking and handling charge, less any carriage charges paid or in the case of free delivery, less a packing charge of 14.00
